A 20-story tower and a 5-story wood-frame building in Channelside, Tampa (Channelside 1000 & 2000). CEOS ran the rough-in, copper and trim: ductwork, corridor systems, indoor units, air handlers with drains, fans, thermostats and rooftop condensers, connecting the copper for each of the 324 apartments to its condenser. Both buildings were delivered fully operational and passed all quality inspections.
